These rough estimates are truly guestimates.  Actual cost depends "primarily" on client preparedness prior to our working on the site and the number and type of "advanced" features added to the site.  The average brochure site can be between $200-800 depending on size, organization, features, etc.  Ongoing maintenance requests and site expansions are not included in these Rough Estimates.
